*All cancellations made within less than 48 hours notice will be charged at 50%, and same day cancellations will be charged at 100%

Holistic massage
There are four massage therapists based at the Retreat, please see out our Therapists section, to read more about each of them & their offering.
Beth - Inner Smile Massage
Beth works with us every other Monday and every Saturday, and specialises in holistic massage. Please note Beth uses her own booking system.
60 minute massage - £60
Includes consultation, holistic tailored massage and after care suggestions. May have time to massage one or two body parts e.g. shoulders, neck, head and face, or, just legs as an example.
75 minute massage - £70
Includes consultation, holistic tailored massage and after care suggestions. This gives opportunity to work with more body parts, to do some targeted deep tissue work if wanted, and more time for relaxation and stress reduction.
90 minute massage - £80
Includes consultation, holistic tailored massage and after care suggestions. Choice of full body massage or working with fewer body parts but with more focus, detail and attention. 90 minutes allows you more time to soften into deep relaxation and rest, and leave you feeling restored.
120 minute massage - £100
This indulgent treat gives you a sense of renewal. Deeply restorative and healing for the nervous system, this unique massage experience includes consultation, holistic full body massage, breath work, meditation, after care recommendations. Perfect to alleviate physical and mental stress and/or anxiety or just as a form of self care.

Rae - RM Massage
Rae works with us every Tuesday and Thursday, and specialises in sports & deep tissue massage.
General deep tissue massage - £45
Consultation (for sports massage only) - £60
Due to the nature of sports & deep tissue massage usually being for injury, rehabilitation or typically on-going issues, an in person assessment is essential before any treatment takes place.

Weleda holistic facials

The Weleda Mini Facial is a shorter, more focused version of the signature treatment, designed to bring a moment of calm and restoration to your day. Ideal for when time is precious, this holistic treatment uses Weleda's 100% natural and organic products, combined with mindful and rhythmical movements, to refresh and support your skin's natural vitality.
This treatment centers around the essentials, offering a tailored approach to meet your skin's immediate needs. You’ll experience a selection of the key elements from the full facial, including a gentle cleanse, rhythmic activation massage, and a customised mask and application of day or night care.
This facial provides a window of deep relaxation, helping to restore balance, soothe your skin, and leave you feeling refreshed and revitalised.
Events
